Firstly, the Participants listened the working report of the management team of New Zealand company. Since last year, this team has got the favorable opportunity of rising trend of house property, actively responded to the impact of the epidemic and material shortage, scientifically planned and reasonably organized project financing, development, construction and sales, and achieved remarkable results. Firstly, the allocation of funds was reasonable, Self sufficiency of funds had been realized based on active financing and rhythmic sales collection, To ensure the smooth progress of project development and construction. Secondly, the overall planning of the project development and construction was meticulous with strong promotion, which made a good foundation for sales. Among them, phase I plot of Pacific Highland project was completed and delivered. The bidding for land consolidation of phase II plot was completed, and will be completed and delivered in 2023. In phase III land consolidation, 3A will be completed in December of this year and delivered in February 2022, 3B will be completed in December 2023 and delivered in February 2024. The design of self built houses (57 single house and townhouse) has been completed and will be completed and delivered in the first half year of 2023. In the Pacific Garden project, phase II and phase III projects had been sold well. 65 apartments and townhouses in areas A, B and C of phase I project had been completed, sold and successfully delivered. 103 townhouses in area D will be completed and delivered in the next two years and now 67 houses had been sold. Thirdly, according to the new situation of rising market prices, the marketing strategy of selling by stages and batches and bargaining sales was adopted, which effectively controlled the sales rhythm and steadily improved the profitability. Fourth, use international advanced cost control software for refinement management, actively responded to material shortage and price rise, collected funds to purchase and store materials, effectively controlled development costs and laid a good foundation for the realization of profit objectives. Fifth, with strict quality control and compliance operation, Changda has established its brand image in New Zealand and won high praise and support from financial institutions, design enterprises, material suppliers, engineering subcontractors and customers.
